Chambers Creek Ventures LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Snap Nudge. We never store your photos or videos.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, sign-in method) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Preferences (time zone, active hours, reminder settings, theme) — to provide the service (contract).
• Day descriptions you type and the reminders created from them — to plan your nudges (contract).
• Notification device tokens — to deliver reminders (contract).
• Technical data such as IP address and device info — for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers for hosting, AI processing, and notifications, under contract.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed or when you delete your account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact support@snapnudge.app; we respond within one month. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other appropriate measures to protect your data.

We use only essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme. No advertising cookies.
