Snap Nudge is provided by Chambers Creek Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Snap Nudge, you agree to these terms and are contracting with Chambers Creek Ventures LLC.

The service

Snap Nudge sends reminders to take photos and videos during your day, including reminders timed by AI from a description of your day. We do not store your photos or videos. You must be of legal age to form a contract, or have authority to bind the organization you use it for.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or spam use.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No attempts to bypass limits, jailbreak the AI, or use it to create illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

AI features

You are responsible for what you type and how you use the suggestions. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable; use your own judgment. You keep rights to what you enter, and we use it only to provide the service. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, or suspend accounts that misuse the AI. Rights-holders can report infringement to support@snapnudge.app; repeat infringers will lose access.

Ownership

We own Snap Nudge and its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your plan is active.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans include a 7-day free trial and renew automatically until canceled.

Service level

We work to keep Snap Nudge running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every reminder will arrive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When your account ends, your data is deleted.
